while we were in a-town keepin' it weird, we went to some great places on congress street. both to eat and shop. right before we headed out, i wrote a post about our approaching road trip, including some "must do's". (click
here if you missed it) we managed to check off a few of those hot spots and visited some extras.

we also went to this awesome shop called
tesoros trading co. it is filled with mucho bueno goodies like mexican oil cloth, ikat fabric pieces galore, jewelry and even alpaca teddy bears. after i snapped my first photo, they asked us not to take pictures. here are my sneaky shots...

home slice. i love pizza and this did not disappoint! we got the pizza margherita...yum!
